Job Description

  • Order entry, post-sale customer interaction, admin & accounting duties
  • You will be the point of contact for customers looking for ETA (estimated time of arrival) on our products
  • Handle all customer inquiries and requests by email and phone
  • Input and process product orders through Business Vision
  • Check with inventory for stock availability and lead times from vendors on parts
  • Submitting product data for approval after receipt of Purchase Order
  • Reviewing contracts

Skills Required

  • Pleasant telephone demeanor
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines
  • Must have a sense of urgency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and XP
  • Business Vision experience is preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication skills & organizational skills (verbal and written)
  • Able to work independently
